If there is an old person standing in front of you while you are sitting in a sit on the bus... move yer arse and offer up the seat.

If you are in your car, and there is a fire truck blaring it's horns, and flashing it's lights.. figure it out and move out of the way.

If you are in line at the grocery store, have a full cart, there is only one lane open and the person has only two items... offer to let them go first.

If someone kindly asks you the time, take a moment and give it to them if you have it. Don't be a douche bag and ignore them.

Maybe just maybe.... in doing these things you will change the course of history. At the very least... you might just feel a little bit better about yourself.
